This seminar invites anyone of any experience level to explore their inherent creativity following the rhythms of the inner body and the natural world. The red earth of Puglia in the south of Italy will be our inspiration.

Francesco’s workshops are based on principles from Aikido ,Tai Chi Qi Gong, and Biodynamic Cranio-sacral. He aspires to increase vital energy in his students and to inspire a deeper contact with themselves, others and the environment. 
 

Francesco Zita is a Tai chi-Chi kung and Contact improvisation teacher, Biodinamic Craniosacral therapist and performer. Together with Germana Siciliani they found CasinaSettarte in 1993. In the early 80’s he started his training in theatre-improvisation, martial arts (Aikido, Kung fu), Yoga (Iyengar). He also studied massage, including shiatsu, ayurvedic massage and bodywork.
