PHASE I

ATTENTION_BURN_PLAY

preparing creative connections

In this workshop I will introduce various tools for improvisation and composition through an attentive observation of "the other".

We will use different materials: human body, objects, sounds.

"The practice of being attentive entails a state of alert waiting. This state of waiting is the time that I concede to myself to observe, to meet the world, the luxury of investigating simply being there without the expectation of result. I am filled with impulses and images. Time and space seem to dilate, stretching the here and now. I experience tension between me and what I am observing, as if it was all about to end… yet, I maintain focus, finding my way into relationship."
