"Moving on a Feel"

Exploring the subtle art of "Listening In" to the bodies understanding, expression and Language. We will endeavor to create integrated and sequential movement through mindful articulation, gradual weight exchange, attention to timing and the breath. This is an opportunity to notice what is getting lost in translation and to seek the clarified knowing of our most essential animal body wisdom.












Lori Halliday is a mother, dancer, natural horsewoman, teacher, lover of children, artist and a tender to matters of the heart. lori studies and teaches Axis Syllabus, Gyrotonic, Pilates, Natural Horsemanship and Equine Experiential Learning. she lives in the santa cruz mountains with her beloved human and animal family on a ranch called horse and heart where she works, serves, and explores out in nature. lori believes in our divine right to become the masters of our own universe, to love, know and heal our own body temple, our own journey and to create a compassionate life that one can thrive in.
